The truffle IS the ubiquitous decadent chocolate confection - hand made, hand rolled, and from only a few select fresh ingredients - ingredients that include chocolate, fresh cream, fresh butter, and something to add other flavour such as raspberry puree', orange essence, a liquer, real hazelnut butter, etc. Truffles get their name because they have no defined shape, and are often coated with shaved chocolate, thereby making them look similar to the real truffles found in with forests in France. However, the similarity is ONLY in the appearance.
By eliminating the use of tiny molds to form our confections (nobody knows what the various shapes mean anyway!), and then hand wrapping each truffle in color coded foil each of our locations can offer you almost ONE THOUSAND combinations, and they are made fresh for you right before your eyes or to order when you need them! No other chocolatier in the world offers this.

Coatings
Here is where it gets crazy! You get to choose what the truffle is dipped in (milk chocolate or dark chocolate) and then we have 23 different coatings for you to choose from. You can have your truffle coated with nothing, shaved chocolate, various nuts, coconut, or even glitter sprinkes, or Pop Rocks!We have now processed over 63,000 orders, and NEVER ONCE has a customer come back with a complaint about our truffles. You will never find a fresher product, or better quality ingredients than what we use. I promise you that.
