This is my butcher-block vegetable board which is handmade with Ash (the wood they make baseball bats out of). The dimensions of this board are 14" x 11" x 1¼" but each piece is hand selected for it's unique characteristics, grain patterns, and coloration. Due to this all sizes will be approximate. Many customers will use one side as a cutting board and the other as a serving board or for display.
Care instructions: wash with soapy water, rinse and dry immediately. Don't immerse in water or clean in your dishwasher. Season with mineral oil to prolong the life of the board and ensure optimum usage. All boards are hand finished and seasoned for immediate use.
